I recently joined Morning Star as Talent Associate and I was working as a Human Resource Executive and Talent Acquisition for Mindseed Preschool and Daycare with the recruitment team I have Completed My Master in Management Studies specializing in Human resource from Fr C Rodrigues Institute of Management Studies. I completed Bachelors in Management Studies specialized in Human Resource from Pillai College of Arts Commerce and Science. I have done one Month internship from Quasar Consultancy where in I got the the experience in HR Administration and as a learning got opportunity to audit HR documents of the Company. I believe that each person learn everyday from their experience and I am keenly in learning New Skills and to Fully Contribute my Knowledge and Skills to the Organization.
