My research centers on microcontroller-driven digital hardware circuit memory design, integrating DAC and amplifier circuits to program packaged RRAM (Resistive Random-Access Memory), non-volatile memory devices. I designed an output current measurement approach using ADCs through analog current-voltage converter circuit using op-amps. I have incorporated this design into a custom PCB board layout for testing integrated 1-transistor 1-RRAM (1T1R) cells and full memory arrays (e.g, 8x8 1T1R, and larger arrays up to 64x64 1T1R). The work bridges theoretical characterization and practical applications, emphasizing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) using different process technologies. Additionally, the test board that I have developed facilitates in-memory computing operations, with applications in neuromorphic computing and convolutional neural networks through image processing
