ABOUT JED PHILIPPE OJAS
Studied at Kingston University and obtained 2.1 BSc Degree in Pharmaceutical Science. Then took an opportunity to work as an assistant technical officer in pharmacy chemotherapy unit at st. Bartholomew. In which I took training to become a band 4 Production Technician.Adhering to cGMP and standards as per written from published SOP documents are conformed when working as a technician, as we aspire for delivering high quality products to patients. Highly adept in working as a production technician as I perform different parts of this role. This allowed me to be flexible on any type of workload.Thus I carried on to become a Quality assurance technician, as I was inspired to gain the knowledge of ensuring product quality. Especially through the work of ensuring patient safety upon drug administration. As a QA technician I gained better understanding of applications of GMP, as I continuously monitor the facility with regards to Air, Water, Lighting, Ventiation and Temperature from the facilities and equipment being used in the manufacturing unit.And with these skills I then aspire to work for bigger manufacturing units and strive for other fields of the pharmaceutical industry.
