As the world’s leader in next-generation sequencing, our technology helps power the heroes working around the clock to track transmission, conduct surveillance, develop therapies, vaccines, and protecting our neighbors around the globe for years to come.Checkout our Company Site to see how we\'re aiding the fight against COVID-19: of my role:• Support all of MTO/Instrumentation requisitions• Location performance reporting • Manage a full-desk of requisitions (25+on avg) plus lead responsibilities and work to build remarkable relationships with various hiring leaders to understand their department, team or individual impact on our company’s mission• Networking with every point of contact to really understand the holistic needs within each individual candidate• Build meaningful relationships with candidates to identify crucial, intangible qualities they are looking for in their careers• Manage a various sourcing resources including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Google and Workday to pinpoint unique talent and to ultimately place the find the candidate in the right role• Maintain a strong relationship with hiring managers to forecast changes in hiring needs, curate feedback on candidates, build strategies around identifying our next great hire, understand what skills (technical, soft, etc.) they are seeking in their next hire.• Specialty in recruiting for several roles but my current focus is within the Manufacturing/Manufacturing Technical Operations: Leadership roles (Sr Director – Supervisor), Program/Project Management roles, Shared Services, Program/Project Managers, Packaging Professionals, Manufacturing Specialists/Technicians, Data Analyst/Engineers, Quality Control/QC Analysis/QC Scientist, Process Engineer, Process Improvement, Training, Equipment Engineers/Technicians, and Calibration Professionals oh my!
