The asset was acquired with the plan for condo conversion. This was an opportunistic acquisition with a very specific buy & flip strategy and a very short 2-yr investment timeline. On exit, each investor was returned with their initial investment and various levels of preferred returns ranging from 13% to 20% per year.Past performance is not guaranteed for future projects:The following steps outline the process of qualifying and onboarding a potential investor: Assess the investment objectives and qualification of a prospective investor via Know-Your-Client form (\"KYC\") and a live call : Determine the investment capability of a prospective investor : Based on the information gathered in steps 1 & 2, the prospective investor will either be qualified and presented with the available projects, or remain in our database until qualification process is complete: Once there is a perfect fit between the qualified investor and the project(s), the qualified investor will complete the legal documents for project subscription.
