About Jeffrey Jessop

As a Director at Extra Space Storage, I lead a team of mobile and web developers, quality engineers, and business analysts to deliver cloud-based customer applications that enhance the user experience and satisfaction. We use modern software delivery approaches, such as automation, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and logging, to ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of our systems. I have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Neumont University, where I learned the fundamentals of object-oriented design, Java, and SQL. I also won the first place in a project showcase for creating a 2D RPG game with my team. I am passionate about learning new technologies and improving my skills, and I have obtained certifications in Criminal Justice Information Services and since have transitioned from Individual Contributor to Manager.
