   A boutique consulting firm for non-profits, government agencies, and businesses with a focus on planning, policy, and data science.Current Strategic Planning consultant and Project Manager for Advocates of a Latino Museum of Cultural and Visual Arts & Archive Complex in Houston, Harris County (ALMAAHH) a Houston based 501c3. Completed a nationwide survey analysis for a public affairs client, leveraging machine learning algorithms to define latent clusters across thousands of respondents. Created report and narrative of findings that were presented to a high-profile foundation by client.Assisted a prominent public affairs firm in a policy project to completely reorient their dynamic digital marketing approach. In a small window of time, Landing Advisors provided a dynamic playbook, training materials, and a strategic partnership with an international ad tech firm. In the end, the project resulted in the client committing over on a new cutting-edge digital marketing strategy recommended by Landing Advisors.Worked with the Eastwood Civic Association to develop mission, vision, goals, and objectives for the next five years through a dynamic and exercise driven board strategic planning session informed by policy analysis. This work explored numerous constraints and opportunities for the board, ultimately delivering an integrated and thoughtful strategic plan.Hired by a large international NGO to build an assessment tool to be used in offices across the organization after conducting a comprehensive policy analysis. This work entailed interviewing numerous individuals around the world, integrating and coding their responses, and finding both academic frameworks and best practices to inform the work of tool development.
