I started my career in 1993 at Kenhar Products in Manchester, manufacturing fork arms as a general hand, before progressing into NDT MT and VT Inspection. Following Kenhar’s acquisition by Cascade Corporation Ltd in I seized the opportunity to develop and grow within the organisation—advancing through roles including Supervisor, Welding Coordinator, Quality Manager, Production Manager, and Plant Manager.Today, I serve as Fork Operations Manager for the UK and Sweden, overseeing the daily operations and strategic development of our Manchester (Openshaw) facility and Booforge in Sweden. Alongside these responsibilities, I continue to act as Welding Coordinator in Manchester, maintaining our ISO 3834-2 certification and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.I’m passionate about lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of engagement and innovation. My goal is to lead teams that are agile, motivated, and equipped to thrive in today’s competitive industrial landscape—driving excellence and growth across our operations.
