Jed Risse is Chief Executive Officer of Iron Mechanical, a Plumbing and Mechanical company founded in 2009. As the CEO Jed Risse provides strategic leadership for Iron Mechanical by working with the Board of Directors and the Senior Management team to establish both long range and short term goals, strategies, plans and policies. He is accountable for the efficiency, financial stability, and ethical management of the entire organization. In partnership with the Board of Directors, Jed has developed a sustainable operational strategy to ensure Iron Mechanical’s continued growth and success. Jed’s responsibilities include developing annual operating budgets, managing and reporting revenue and expenses, maintaining safeguards to protect the organization’s positive financial position, and cultivating a diverse array of funding streams. Jed also serves as the President of the Sacramento Valley Chapter of PHCC California, an organization that provides legislative advocacy, education and training to approximately 3,300 plumbing and HVAC businesses. Furthermore; Jed serves on the Board of Directors for Sierra Forever Families, a private, non-profit agency that focuses on finding and nurturing permanent homes for children living in foster care. Jed truly is a CEO with potential to grow Iron Mechanical exponentially in the years to come.
