   Beyond Monumental is a not-for-profit 501 (c)(3) organization, who owns and operates a number of key running events in the Indianapolis area, including the CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon, the Indy Half Marathon at Fort Ben, the Indianapolis 5K & Monumental Mile and the Apex Benefit Monumental Kids 5K. In addition to the running events, Beyond Monumental\'s flagship program, the Apex Benefits Monumental Kids Movement presented by Indiana University Indianapolis, serves over local students annually - teaching them to incorporate running and healthy living into their lives through a curriculum based, in-school running program.* Lead a talented team and manage all functions for four annual signature running events to deliver world-class experiences for over athletes and over spectators while generating millions in economic impact* Demonstrate strong fiscal responsibility managing a multimillion dollar budget while building programs and investing heavily to help improve health and wellness in Central Indiana* Leverage earned and social media through news features, public appearances and live interviews to increase the visibility of events and programs* Secure and expand corporate partnerships, including both endemic and non-endemic brands* Build a high-performing staff and culture aligned with organizational mission* Partner with a 15-member board of directors, shaping strategy and driving sustainable growth
