As a Sr. UX Design Lead at Microsoft, I am passionate about making life easier and happier for users through user-centered design, user interaction/interface design, and user experience design. I have over 14 years of experience in the field of UX, working on multiple complex and innovative projects across diverse domains and cultures.I specialize in information architecture, design task analysis, cognitive analysis, design spec, wireframe/mockup, rapid prototyping, user research, heuristic/expert review, usability testing, and contextual enquiry. I also have skills in HTML/CSS, Figma, Axure, Adobe design suit, as well as a certification in Accessibility in Action. I am proud of winning multiple awards in Amazon and Microsoft Hackathons for delivering creative and user-friendly solutions.
