I focus almost exclusively on commercial health insurance for small and midsized employers—organizations that are most exposed to the inefficiencies of the U.S. healthcare system, yet best positioned to benefit from alternative funding and mutualized risk.I believe these employers, and the advisors who serve them, deserve a transparent, easy-to-use platform that makes alternative funding practical, scalable, and durable. That belief is the core mission behind the Coalition platform.My background spans provider-sponsored cost containment, clinical quality improvement, value-based managed care, technology-enabled workflows, and distribution enablement. I’ve also worked extensively in the development and commercialization of clinical point solutions and workflow-embedded clinical decision-support tools.I’m the author of a book examining the structural failures of our healthcare system and the solutions that are working in practice. It became an Amazon Best Seller, and all proceeds are donated to support under-insured employees and their families.I’m always open to connecting with people who share the conviction that healthcare’s biggest problems are human-made—and therefore solvable with the right systems, incentives, and people.
