About Jeb Beard
Most sensor operators are asked to do too much, too quickly, with too little margin for error. At Overwatch Imaging, I focus on partnerships around autonomous airborne sensor systems designed to reduce operator workload and deliver faster, more actionable intelligence. Our Automated Sensor Operator (ASO) helps teams cover more ground with fewer resources. We detect and prioritize what matters. Operators can focus on decisions, not screen management. I’ve been fortunate to work alongside smart, mission-driven teams in military, academic, and technology settings. Most of my career has been spent navigating complexity, building trusted relationships, and helping teams move toward something useful. I’m most interested in working with organizations that care about mission outcomes and practical innovation that actually makes it into the field.
