I like to work on a project mode. I started the European business for Ensystex Inc. in 2002, with David R. NIMOCKS the smartest person I ever met, and developped it by moving from one main product to around 1200 items in the catalogue and professionnal customers- Main goal of the company: B to B distribution of technical solutions for companies specialized in the control of pathogens agents : insects, rodents, birds, bacterias- Marketing : Set up the strategy for Europe (3 to 5 year plan), business plan associated with the strategy- Sales: Key accounts follow up- Management : Built a team of 17 people in France (2 branches). 3 more people are in Spain, placed under the leadership of our great Iberia Manager- Negociation: set up the supply chain with manufactures in USA, Asia, Australia, South Africa- Reporting : to the US management team
