ABOUT JEAN ROSEME

Jean is a senior congressional staffer with over a decade of experience in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he currently serves as the chief of staff for a prominent member of Congress. He has a bachelor\'s degree in international business and finance from Florida International University, and he is fluent in Haitian Creole, English, and French. Jean\'s core competencies include developing and executing legislative and political strategy, leading and managing diverse and high-performing teams, and building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the political spectrum. He has successfully spearheaded multiple legislative initiatives that have been signed into law by both Democratic and Republican presidents, covering issues such as transportation, foreign affairs, immigration, appropriations, technology, and racial equity. Jean\'s mission is to advance the public interest and serve the constituents with integrity, professionalism, and passion.
