As a seasoned Product Leader and Board Advisor with over 17 years in technology, I specialise in the high-stakes intersection of B2B API products, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.My focus is on partnering with leadership teams to strengthen their privacy function, operationalise compliance, and build trust-centric, compliant products from the ground up.In my current corporate role, I am putting this into practice by leading the new Privacy product domain for Vonage\'s API BU, a critical business function I was tapped to build from inception. I serve as the central hub between Product, Engineering, Privacy Legal, and Data Governance.My key contributions include:Defining the \'Privacy by Design\' framework and product strategy for the organisation.Owning the full lifecycle of mission-critical compliance products (e.g, data redaction APIs, audit services).Serving as the primary technical product expert for the Privacy Legal team.Representing the entire API BU in the Data Governance organisation (driving data classification, ownership mapping, and the launch of an enterprise data discovery platform).Architecting and implementing new, cross-organisational processes to operationalise legal guidance and manage risk at scale.My background spanning Software Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Product Management gives me the deep technical and business acumen to translate ambiguous legal requirements into concrete, scalable, and secure solutions.
