ABOUT JEANNY GU

Jeanny Gu is the managing partner in BDO\'s Assurance practice with more than 15 years of client-serving experience in providing audit, accounting advisory, and other assurance services to public companies and institutional clients. She has advised numerous domestic and multi-jurisdictional public companies and institutions with operations in the Americas, Europe and Asia reporting under IFRS. Jeanny has a pragmatic approach to supporting clients undertaking going public, prospectus offering, other capital raising transactions and fulfilling on-going financial reporting requirements as a listed entity.Internally at BDO, Jeanny serves as Leader of BDO Canada\'s Public Companies Practice, Chair of BDO Canada\'s Public Company Steering Committee and BDO Canada\'s Country Co-ordinating Partner for China and ASEAN.In her public company leadership roles, Jeanny is constantly at the forefront of issues impacting listed companies and insights on market trends and best practices.
