Daily Planet is a full-service Chicago video production company; we do content creation, editing, 3D animation, design, VFX, and live action to help clients creatively connect with their customers in social media, online and on TV. We work together with our clients to conceptualize, create, produce, design, shoot and edit in a vast array of styles and platforms. From digital content to broadcast film, corporate videos, explainer videos and digital animated video production, Daily Planet works with agencies, PR firms, marketers, and other communications organizations to see their creative visions come to life. ABOUT JEANNINE RINGLAND ZWIRN
I have spent my career at the crossroads of emerging technologies and serving client needs. In the financial industry, I worked with the country’s stock exchanges helping develop the first wireless stock execution system in the US. From there, I worked as a lead sales executive in the wireless communications industry and participated in the incredible growth of cellular for over 20 years. My customers ranged from Fortune companies to utilities and public sector clients. I was the trouble-shooter and problem-fixer for all mobile solutions.Now, as Business Development Director at Daily Planet, I’m working with the best content-creators, designers, directors, animators and editors around. I help clients find solutions to their communication, branding and marketing needs, and bring them a level of creativity and service that helps them be the most powerful brands possible. I also help develop the social media, public relations and marketing programs that continue to build the successful Daily Planet brand. Another role at Daily Planet is Intern Manager, helping to seek out the city\'s emerging talents though our internship program.At Daily Planet I have also helped run our Give A Shi*t campaign. This venture evolved through the efforts of Scott Marvel to do good in the world. With help from the folks at Chicago Coalition for the Homeless, Screen Magazine, Streetwise, and a few others we launched the Give A Shi*t campaign, over Christmas of 2015: Daily Planet donates stock (shirts), 15 artists donate designs, and Daily Planet handles all the printing. 100% of the sale proceeds go to Streetwise and Streetwise vendors! We do pop-up shops periodically, the charity sells t-shirts on its website (giveashirt.net ) and the vision is to grow this even more over time.In my spare time, I’m a potter and tile maker.
