About Jeannine Wild
My approach to recruiting has always been a little different.Less transactional, more relational. Less hustle culture, more human connection. It hasn’t always fit neatly into the traditional recruiting mold, but it’s always been authentic to who I am.With 15 years of recruiting and executive search experience, I’ve partnered with founders and scaling companies across industries including tech, biotech, fintech, gaming, aerospace, and healthcare. Recently, much of my work has centered on early-stage and AI-driven startups; helping founders hire the technical and business leaders who shape the foundation of their companies.I’ve recruited for roles across engineering, product, finance, operations, and leadership with an emphasis on senior and staff-level engineers, product leaders, and high-impact operators who work directly alongside founders. I’m fluent in nearly every major ATS and sourcing tool (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Gem, and more) and integrate AI into my process to source, engage, and hire effectively; all while keeping the human connection at the core.I lead with curiosity, empathy, and clarity, always aiming to create meaningful matches between people and opportunities. The work that fulfills me most is rooted in conscious hiring — helping people find work that truly supports who they are and how they want to live.Outside of recruiting, you’ll usually find me on the trails or in the gym — hiking, backpacking, road-tripping with my Goldendoodle Winston in my van, or coaching CrossFit (CF-L2). I’m a mountain-lover, an Outdoorsy van host, and just completed my first Hyrox in December.
