My specialty is Channel Strategy and Sales, developing partner relationships and channel-centric programs that allow partners to succeed. My skills combine both strong sales leadership and relationship management capabilities, blended with a strong technical and end-to-end operational understanding. My roles have been a combination of sales leadership to program and product management. Leading sales teams focused on selling cloud based SaaS solutions to channel partners, and co-selling with the partners to Enterprise Accounts. I\'ve successfully driven consistent growth in partner channels, including driving double digit growth in times of market compression. Additionally, I\'ve led teams working in an Agile development method to design channel portals, channelize products, and complete integrations with online marketplaces to ensure our sales teams and the partners have the competitive edge the need to be successful.
