About Jeannie Campbell
I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist dually licensed in both Oregon and California. I currently operate a private practice where I do counseling with anyone under the age of 65. I’m certified in EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Theraplay, and Solution-Focused. I’ve been trained in Supporting Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) and and currently working toward certification in Gottman Family Therapy. In June 2011, I crossed over to diagnosing make-believe people.(Just don’t tell my clients, or they might question their decision to get help from me!) I run The Character Therapist, giving couch time to characters and helping authors write psychological conditions more convincingly. In addition to being a therapist, I’m also a freelance writer, author, editor, and book reviewer.
