At Benchmark Realty I work with both sellers and buyers assisting them in the home buying and selling process. Working with both sides allows you to be able to better negotiate and protect your clients. I have a vast clientele of investors who I assist in finding homes via auctions, foreclosures and even pre-foreclosures. Relocations are always fun as I love to educate folks moving into the area and spend time highlighting the many wonderful venues and points of interest our city has to offer. My areas of expertise are Davidson and Williamson Counties specializing in Franklin and Brentwood. I do work with clients outside of these parameters as well but having lived in Franklin for the last 15 years, my circles run close to home. Other areas I work are Maury, Wilson, and Sumner Counties.
