Provide daily operational leadership for the Employee Benefits Team which includes administration and technical expertise for the benefit plans in regard to operational issues for three different personnel systems. Customer service and problem solving for 16 college Human Resources Directors, faculty, staff, retirees and outside agencies. Implementation of changes brought about by open enrollment, state and federal legislation, training and operational procedure development and ensure compliance. Assist the System Employee Benefits Director and supports other human resources functions as necessary. Audit and review PeopleSoft and vendor reports and resolve report errors, vendor issues and/or benefit deduction situations.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
