Drive lean and process improvement initiatives globally across the company. Manage value stream maps, initially for the delivery side of the business with global oversight of process improvement responsibilities across Fortna. Responsible for working with various members of the Executive Leadership Team to establish a customer-based, process improvement strategy, which drives efficiency, customer responsiveness, lead time reduction, productivity, and quality improvements, in line with business or functional objectives. • Group Process Owner for Project Keystone Business Transformation to merge Fortna and acquired MHS lines of business. • Implemented a new business process mapping tool, Promapp, to automate process mapping and capture current state processes in a central repository and support future process improvements. • Creating a Lean Foundation to support Fortna’s rapid growth providing an end-to-end solution to resolve complex distribution challenges. • Lead numerous lean workshops and kaizen events across multi-functional areas to streamline processes and close transition gaps resulting in sustainable efficiencies (64% to 96%). • Implemented a Lean Practitioner and Green Belt certification program to drive lean culture and process improvements.
