Course content widely varies including highly technical engineering materials, tactical to global sustainability issues, real estate asset management, and strategic plan development. • Designed and chaired/co-chaired multiple social and sustainability roundtables for the Center for Hospitality Research and the Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship. Events are invitation only, attracting the top executives in sustainability in the hospitality industry. • Conduct periodic Executive Education programming (in the U.S. and abroad) on the topics of Hospitality Asset Management, Hospitality Facilities Management, Hospitality Renovations and Sustainability in the Hospitality Industry. • Provide volunteer instruction on “Sustainable Food & Beverage Sourcing and Management” for the annual Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans program.• Maintain and continuously expand networking outreach to industry professionals to understand the issues, trends, technologies and relevant needs of the hospitality industry. • Authored major revisions for two chapters in Hospitality Facilities Management and Design, Fourth Edition.
