Course content widely varies including highly technical engineering materials, tactical to global sustainability issues, real estate asset management, and strategic plan development. • Designed and chaired/co-chaired multiple social and sustainability roundtables for the Center for Hospitality Research and the Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship.
