Key point of contact for external design and production partners to support initiatives and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Manage SOPs, while striving for opportunities to improve current processes and establish new ones to gain cost savings and/or increase efficiencies within the packaging process. Automated the Canadian packaging change process and led the integration into the globally approved web-based project management and approval tool. Driving the strategic, on-budget and timely completion of the new Canadian Label Reform across all packaging skus and sub-components.
