About Jeannette Terry
As founder and CEO of TerconPartners, a global Organizational Development consulting firm, I’ve had the privilege of delivering consulting interventions in 24 countries across five continents for some of the world’s best-known companies. As a result, I became passionate about finding ways to reduce cultural barriers within teams and across business organizations, a topic that continues to be an area of on-going research and publication for me.Improving organizational capability is another area of focus. In consulting with executives and senior organizational leaders, I introduce strategies for ensuring a company’s most valuable resources – its leaders and teams – are fully leveraged to achieve business goals and strengthen organizational capability. Previous to becoming President and CEO of Tercon Partners, I was the Director of Global Instruction for Fred Pryor Seminars for three years, and Director of Career Planning and Placement at Johnson County Community College for two years.
