About Jeannette del Bosque McGlaun

I am a Loan Officer for HALL Structured Finance. My primary focus is on originating new loan opportunities, primarily in the multifamily and hospitality sectors with an emphasis in ground-up construction. I have been involved in the commercial real estate industry for over 10 years. Prior to joining HALL Structured Finance, I held commercial real estate brokerage positions at both Colliers International and Avison Young, specializing in advisory services in landlord representation and capital markets for five years. As a graduate from Texas A&M, I earned a BS in Ag Economics with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate and a Master’s of Real Estate from Mays Business School. I have served on the TREC Young Guns Core Committee (2023) and as Co-Chair for Forum. I have also served on the NTCAR Young Professionals Board and am an active member of The Real Estate Council (TREC), Ladies in CRE and Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA).
