Contact person for BMW / MINI regarding local services for markets (France, UK/Ireland, Italy, Benelux, Iberia)- Steering of local satellites based on the central vision and KPIs to ensure local alignment on communication and standardised working model- Definition and implementation of guidelines, standards and processes - Continuous supervision and optimisation of workflows and decision-making processes between central and local activities- Establishment and coordination or reporting lines - Preparation of board meetings and challenge boards- Close cooperation with central transformation management office and other central units (Web, CRM, Digital Media, Creative)
