UCOP Local Functional Lead for UCPath Oracle PeopleSoft implementation. Led local UCOP business subject matter experts, managed, coordinated and tracked the UCOP location schedule and critical path for the UCPath PMO schedules including business process design, testing, data conversion, and training. The UCPath UCOP Local Project realized the President\'s Goal to increase operational efficiency by leveraging cost savings and operational efficiencies by implementation of a single payroll, benefits, human resources and academic personnel solution employees systemwide across the University of California campuses.• Led and implemented eCounsel legal software system-wide for University of California for Office of the President in addition to all Campuses and Medical Centers Office of the General Counsel. eCounsel replaced two legacy systems; the iVos billing system and the LegalFiles Matter Management system. eCounsel provides integration with NetDocuments Document Management System (DMS) and University of California AP integration. The system-wide eCounsel implementation also included an automated data merge and conversion from both of the legacy systems into eCounsel. The implementation of eCounsel supports a single system for Matter Management integrated with invoice management, tracking and payment for outside counsel system-wide for University of California. Received STAR award for eCounsel implementation. • Led and implemented the ApplyUC systemwide admissions application server migration from WebSphere to JBOSS. Managed the project team to cutover to the JBOSS environments from WebSphere to JBOSS successfully ahead of schedule. Load Tested ApplyUC systemwide admissions application to simulate virtual/browser users and 100-150 transactions/second to mimic the last 3 days load to validate that the mission critical application was ready for the last 3 days of the admissions window.
