I am the Chief Privacy Officer, managing a privacy program providing privacy operations and legal services for a company operating in over 20 countries and accepting payments in 135 currencies. I also am responsible for providing legal advice for cybersecurity and legal and risk advice for AI and data use across the organization. Since Worldpay separated from FIS Global, I have delivered a fully independent privacy program that provides policies, privacy by design guidance, operational controls, privacy and cyber legal advice, commercial contracting support, incident management, data rights fulfillment, and regulatory compliance monitoring for personal data and governance and regulatory monitoring for AI requirements. My lean team of 12 spans three jurisdictions and supports stakeholders from New Zealand to the US West Coast.
