About Jeanne L.
With a background in finance, operations, and healthcare leadership, I’ve spent my career supporting both individuals and organizations through complex decisions and transitions. Today, I divide my time between two distinct but complementary roles—each focused on providing clarity, stability, and long-term value.Through Calypso Strategies, I work directly with individuals—both those new to Medicare and those already enrolled who have questions or want to ensure they’re in the right plan. I provide clear, unbiased support for Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plan decisions. In addition to one-on-one consulting, I also serve in interim executive roles. These engagements allow me to step in during times of leadership change or operational need, helping organizations stay focused, financially sound, and mission-aligned.I also serve as a Fractional CFO with FocusCFO, partnering with small and mid-sized businesses to improve financial clarity, strengthen infrastructure, and prepare for growth or transition. Our work spans budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and strategic planning—guided by decades of executive leadership experience. Whether working with individuals or executive teams, our approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in both big-picture strategy and practical execution.
