ABOUT JEANNE RAGAN ISAACS

I am a proven leader experienced at building high performing teams that deliver quality insights that drive strategy and innovation. I believe in leading by example and with compassion, fostering team cultures that encourage open communication, curiosity, and diversity. Complex and mission-driven challenges energize me. I’m passionate about the intersection of design, technology, and human behavior. I collaborate equally well with software engineers, designers, business strategists, fellow researchers, and business partners to bring user experiences to life. I have a bias towards action through building to learn in order to advocate for what matters most to people to inform strategic decisions. My professional experience spans a diverse range of industries, and recently I have specialized in the Mobility space, focusing on strategy and user experience in the areas of Autonomous Vehicle Services and Connectivity. My applied research philosophy is rooted in looking beyond what people say, exploring what people do - and how they respond - to prototyped physical and digital experiences. I\'m fluent in a suite of qualitative methodologies including in-context interviews, observation, low-fi and high-fi prototyping, co-creation sessions, and workshops.
