Full life cycle recruiter for National Insurance Underwriting and Distribution and North American Specialty Insurance Underwriting across the Eastern half of the United States. Helping people find the right opportunity to build a career at Liberty Mutual is my passion! I started at Liberty building a recruiting function from the ground up, including building a Recruiter Driven selection process, developing attractive job postings, and training managers on Behavioral Interviewing techniques. Coaching and developing new recruiters and contract recruiters. Eventually I moved from personal lines over to commercial lines supporting the WC and GL Claims organization and learned a whole lot for 3 years before moving to support Underwriting. Each of these experiences has taught me a lot about this industry and that Liberty Mutual is a place where you truly can learn something new everyday!
