ABOUT JEANNE LIENDO
I am a student teacher at the University of Calgary. I am also a mother, an immigrant, and a life-long learner committed to using my multidisciplinary educational background to build positive and inclusive classroom communities. I hold a BA in Communications, two graduate diplomas in oil and gas, a Master of Arts in Political Science, and I’m currently pursuing my Bachelor of Education in Elementary Second Languages.As a pre-service teacher, I am very enthusiastic about the many opportunities that education opens for us, as teachers and as learners. From being a journalist to a political risk analyst to an Educational Assistant, I love continuously learning from others, my students and colleagues, playing as a team member and bringing people together through collaborative work.
