   Jeanne David the founder and CBO of Outer Aisle, a Santa Barbara, California-based maker of cauliflower pizza crusts and sandwich thins. An innovative brand that has created revolutionary bread-like alternatives that nourish your body and satisfy your biggest cravings. Outer Aisle Gourmet\'s goal is to go beyond the grain together with gluten-free, nutrient-dense, low-carb Cauliflower Pizza Crusts and Sandwich Thins/Wraps. The idea for Outer Aisle Gourmet product line was born when Jeanne and her husband Dan decided to make a lifestyle change by shifting their diets away from sugar and processed carbs and increasing vegetables to follow a low glycemic, anti-inflammatory diet. She experimented with vegetables as a substitute for other ingredients in their favorite foods and created Cauliflower Sandwich Thins/Wraps and Pizza Crust. She can now enjoy sandwiches, burgers, tacos, lasagna and, pizza guilt-free.
