About Jeanine Izzo

I am a leadership coach focused on forward movement. I work with individuals, groups and teams to enhance their efficiency, effectiveness, engagement and enjoyment. Identification/resolution of root cause concerns, enhancement of opportunities, and design/implementation of action plans are some of my strengths. Complimentary to those strengths, I am passionate about encouraging people to create more fulfillment in their lives, both personally and professionally. I support this by advocating self-leadership activities which reduce blame/victim mentality and elevate individual and organizational success. In my previous role, I led cross functional teams in new product development. Success was achieved by setting clear expectations for team members and supporting them through the learning curve and implementation. My teams came through with well thought out plans that enabled us to meet or exceed customer expectations. Over time, I have proposed and implemented numerous improvements to help with pro-active thinking and reduce the panic of managing by reaction. Personally, I enjoy getting out of my comfort zone to seek new knowledge and understanding through people, places and experiences.
