   Jeanine Hargis is the Director for Automation Coordination and Implementation at CH2M HILL. In this role, Jeanine leads the deployment of design software and enterprise work processes. To ensure success, she works closely with representatives from each of the business units within CH2M HILL. Jeanine has served in a variety of roles during her 25 year tenure, with the majority of her time focused on project execution. In addition to her director’s role, she is the Project Manager for Technology Learning and Organizational Development and also serves as Manager of the Engineering/Design Helpdesk which provides on-call and on-line technical solutions to all project teams.Jeanine is the steward for the Automation eTutor SharePoint site (formerly Automation eLearning). This site houses numerous video clips, checklists and instructions for ‘just-in-time’ training. She also stewards the Learning Library for the School of Technology and the Automation Communications site which is the vehicle for communicating automation specific content across the enterprise.
