Also completed separation & restock in Investments HQ including new 20 seat trading desk and relocating 15 existing trading desks. Wrapping up renovation & restack of ~425K sq-ft,~1,100 seats in Global HQ in NY.20••••22 during pandemic joined senior team to develop & implement US Return to Office strategies (11K associates across >50 locations) including surveying, procuring & installing >14K end user tech components,~1K conf rms,>1K printers. Recently supported divestitures to Farmers & Life Seguros (Argentina) to set up temporary connections, transfer data & assets, relocate associates, and ultimately severe all connectivity back to MetLife by end of TSA.2018-19 completed IT infrastructure buildouts in Mexico: 1,750 seat sq-ft new HQ; 350 seat sq-ft new office and small Real Estate Investments office. Finalized integration of recently acquired Investments firm, including small trading desk.2016-17 completed $18.8M IT budget, 550K seat, new Corporate HQ in NYC which opened March 2017. Relocated ~1,800 associates from other NYC locations.2015-16 delivered $8.4M IT budget from napkin sketch to fruition, on time & on schedule for build to suit Investments HQ for seats, including a 70-seat trading floor. 2013-16 Lead IT Program Manager for highest priority project to establish new sites in NC for associates with an overall IT budget of $60M. Work included creating (4) incubator sites while final buildings were built out in Charlotte and built from dirt in Cary.
