   I work with the NAB Leadership Foundation on- The development and promotion of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Resource Center, a diversity database of organizations, resources, trainings, courses and consultants. The resource center is designed to increase diversity recruitment efforts, employee retention and serve as a resource collection for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color), women, LGBTQ+ and disabled individuals in the broadcasting industry. Outreach, production and promotion of the NAB Leadership Labs Series, a video series dedicated to providing leadership insights on topics including change strategy, leadership models, cognitive diversity, and navigating difficult conversations.https://nabfoundation.org/news/blog.aspThe National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Leadership Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the future of broadcasting through leadership, diversity and community service.
