Glimmer Films was set up in 2008 by artist and filmmaker Jeanie Finlay to deliver ambitious, engaging and empathetic work for cinema, broadcast and exhibition.Currently in co-production on; ORION: The mask of Elvis and Pantomime with Met Film.Credits include: Bifa nominated The Great Hip Hop Hoax (88 mins) BBC Scotland, BBC Storyville, SOUND IT OUT (75 mins) and sister artwork More than Music.Glimmer\'s work is known for it\'s innovation in audience engagement, distribution and live, event screenings. SOUND IT OUT was one of the first crowd funded films in the UK and is now a case study for the BFI and ORION has received an academic award from REACT to create a wraparound artwork with the film - to be shown online and as a live event ORION: Behind the mask.
