Drive the execution and strategy of FIGS first native iOS app and guide a cross-functional team through all phases of development from conception to launch- Partner with leadership from E-commerce, Marketing and Data to develop a sound product launch strategy that clearly supports business objectives and KPIs- Set up and organize rapid product delivery processes with a newly formed development team (made up of Engineers, Designers and QA testers) whilst coaching partners who are new to agile product development methods- Build rapport and manage cross-functional partnerships internally at FIGS and externally with third party vendors and design agencies to ensure alignment of expectations and goals. Provide a smooth execution of beta app testing with these groups prior to app launch- Successfully launched an MVP in 7 months landing comfortably ahead of a busy holiday sales schedule and with opportunity for rapid iteration- Collaborated with Customer Support to increase the app’s Appstore rating from a 4.2/5 to a 4.9/5 with an average NPS score of 30 in less than a year- Own the app roadmap post-launch and identify ways in which the iOS app can continue to provide an impactful shopping experience for the healthcare community as well as drive long-term revenue for the business- Lead third party integrations to support product development processes, including the integration of an a/b testing and feature flagging tool in an effort to run tests and validate hypothesis in a controlled environment.
