I was a teacher prior to entering the mortgage industry. I feel education is still an important part of my job as a lender. I understand how stressful it can be to purchase or refinance a home. We have bought (and refinanced) four homes all requiring distance moves. I understand what it is like to sit on the other side of the desk. We are recommended by NCHFA for specialized first-time home buyer loans including reduced below-market rate loans, down-payment assistance, and Mortgage Tax Credit Certificates. We also offer construction to permanent financing.We use a small hand selected pool of local appraisers, so our clients can be confident they are getting the most accurate appraisal possible.
