ABOUT JEANE M. VIDONI

Jeane Vidoni is a transformational banking leader who believes deeply in the power of community banking to help individuals, families, and businesses thrive. As President and CEO of Penn Community Bank, she leads with purpose—guiding a dynamic team of more than 300 employees at the largest mutual financial institution headquartered in eastern Pennsylvania. Under her leadership, the bank remains steadfast in its mission to serve as a catalyst for growth and to ensure the region continues to have a locally based, independently operated banking option for generations to come.With nearly 40 years of experience in financial services, Jeane has held senior executive roles across community, regional, and corporate banking organizations throughout the Philadelphia region. This breadth of experience has shaped her strategic, balanced approach to leadership—combining operational discipline, relationship banking, and a long-term commitment to the communities the bank serves.A respected voice in the state and national banking industry, Jeane is actively engaged in advancing public policy and economic development. She currently serves as Chair of the Pennsylvania Bankers Federal Policy Committee and as the Pennsylvania Member Director of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh, supporting homeownership initiatives across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and West Virginia. Her community and civic leadership includes service on the board of the Bucks County Herald Foundation, the advisory board of Bucks County Habitat for Humanity, the President’s Advisory Council of Delaware Valley University, and the American Bankers Association’s Regional Economic Council. Previously, Jeane was appointed by the Federal Reserve Board of Governors to serve as President of the national Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council (CDIAC), where she advised on banking and lending conditions impacting the U.S. economy.Jeane’s leadership and impact have earned both regional and national recognition, including being named one of American Banker’s Most Powerful Women to Watch in 2025. She is a graduate of Muhlenberg College and holds an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University. Jeane resides in Doylestown, Bucks County.
