Anyone who knows me can quickly tell you I am driven, competitive, and enjoy a good victory. Having played sports my entire life has given me a competitive nature, which I carry over into my professional work. I prefer to think of myself as a coach and all the agents as my players in my current role as a Business Consultant with Farmers Insurance. Developing good players is my first objective as a coach to establish a successful team. I set up weekly practices to coach the players and ensure they understand every play. I also meet one-on-one with each athlete to discuss their performance and statistics, letting them know where they stand and what they need to work on. I\'m always looking for new players to join my team, so I hold tryouts and recruiting events. To put it differently, I manage the activities and output of more than sixty-five agency owners and ensure their sales performances positively impact the district. I frequently meet and visit with agents to assess their performance and provide guidance on areas of opportunity. In addition to conducting product, system, sales, and management training for agents and their staff, I onboard and qualify individuals to become agency owners and oversee acquisitions. All things considered, I play a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance and support to a network of independent agency owners. I am accountable for helping the agents, ensuring they accomplish their production goals and objectives, and maintaining a profitable agency.
