I\'m a health data and research professional with a strong background in electronic health record (EHR) systems, research application support, and healthcare analytics. I bring over two years of experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs, where I supported clinical research operations, data compliance, and the transition to Oracle Health\'s Millennium EHR across multiple facilities.Currently at Oracle Health, I support the implementation of EHR solutions for Federal research initiatives at the VA, helping bridge technology and evidence-based care. My work focuses on equipping healthcare organizations with the tools they need to conduct impactful research and drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes.With a foundation in public health research and healthcare administration, I’m passionate about leveraging technology to close gaps in care—particularly in underserved and rural communities.    Manage and complete all projects related to end-to-end implementation of the Federal EHR (Oracle Health HER) for Research- Monitor research study performance and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure seamless research operations- Build research PowerPlans for Federal Research in the Oracle Health EHR through analyzing Data Collection Worksheets (DCW) provided by study teams and clinical staff- Troubleshoot DCW errors with the study teams, clinicians, and oncology specialists to ensure accurate build of the research and clinical PowerPlans- Deliver training sessions and documentation to support end-users in utilizing research applications effectively- Oversee data collection, storage, and retrieval processes, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards- Collaborate with researchers to complete accurate DCW and implement best practices for data entry, processing, and reporting- Identify opportunities to optimize Oncology EHR application performance and implement enhancements to improve research workflows.
