Hello! My name is Jeanette Ralph, and I am currently a Software Engineer II at Hagerty. I am a member of the National Partner Onboarding (NPO) product team. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Geology from UCLA, where I was trained to be a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative geoscientist. While completing my major I was introduced to programming and decided to pursue software engineering as a career. I am a fast learner who can adapt to an ambiguous project with experience working in an agile team. I have a passion for delivering high quality products and developing features to provide a robust user experience to customers. I look forward to learning new technologies and ways of approaching problems in pursuit of becoming a better software engineer. With my background as a scientist and the skills I have learned, I am equipped to work collaboratively with a like-minded team to ensure optimal results for user and technology centered designs.
