ABOUT JEANETTE FRANTZ
As a health coach, I help caregivers and individuals improve their lifestyle and meet their health goals. With over 30 years of experience as a nurse and a caregiver myself, I understand the challenges and needs of this population. I have a Master of Science in Nursing Education, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Healthcare Accreditation Certified Professional credential, a certificate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, as well as a certificate in Brain Health from Amen University. I founded Best of Frantz Coaching and Training to offer personalized coaching and support to clients who want to achieve optimal mental and physical health. I use evidence-based practices and holistic approaches to address the root causes of stress, fatigue, and burnout among caregivers. I also leverage my skills in patient safety, quality improvement, and accreditation from my previous roles as a hospital educator and a specialist. My mission is to empower caregivers to recover and thrive in their personal and professional lives.
