As part of HR Leadership team, oversee HR dashboard/analytics. Starting June 2019 - Continuing responsibility for HR Compliance; transitioning contingent labor program management to Talent Acquisition, and adding responsibility for building new center of excellence in Employee Relations to include investigations, supporting managers and employees regarding performance coaching, policy information center, development and management of exit interview program, and related areas. Responsible for creating analytics dashboard across ER issues to inform HR and company decision making regarding programs and policies. December 2013 to June 2019 - Developed new centers of excellence focused on contingent workforce management and HR Compliance. Took over CW program from Indirect procurement; launched RFP for 2nd generation MSP/VMS. Partnered with Pro Unlimited to implement Wand and expand CW program to US-based distribution centers and HMH\'s Dublin, Ireland office. Implemented numerous program enhancements. Ensured KPIs and SLAs were met consistently including cost savings targets. Established centralized Compliance Office within HR to oversee compliance with OFCCP requirements, employee compliance training, State Law compliance not covered by other centers of excellence, and expansion of HMH\'s Ethics program partnering with Legal and Internal Audit. Key member of team launching first whistleblower hotline in advance of HMH\'s IPO. Member of corporate Ethics Committee. Manage staff and budget for compliance function.
