Throughout my career I\'ve helped companies optimize their supply chain and procurement practices and drive excellence. As a value creator, I’ve successfully led digitization initiatives and projects focused on maturing and improving processes, enhancing sustainability and supplier diversity programs, and delivering cost savings. But my specialty is cultivating inclusive, high-performing teams, and empowering them to take initiative, innovate, and deliver results. I am passionate about fostering collaborative relationships with our value chain partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers.My philosophy is that every process and tool on an organization’s digital road map should be designed with simplicity and an obsession with their user’s experience in interacting with them. I\'m naturally curious and love learning new things and understanding the “why” behind business processes. I\'m always seeking ways to connect new ideas and tools to simplify processes, eliminate complexity, and enhance efficiency. It\'s energizing to work in collaborative environments, with teams that challenge the status quo and each other, and use those candid discussions as opportunities for growth and innovation. I am a champion of change management! A servent leader who leads by example and inspires others to achieve and exceed goals and projections. I’m excited about the future of the profession.
